Porrige with BIOHASKAP Vitality powder and toppings.
Ingredients
For porrige:
- half a banana
- a glass of oat flakes
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla protein
- 1 teaspoon of BIOHASKAP® Vitality powder
- a glass of your favourite milk (cow / coconut / soy / rice etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt or vegan yogurt
- a teaspoon of honey
- a few raisins
- a few of your favorite nuts (we used walnuts)
Preparation
Preparation of porrige:
Pour the milk into a pot and cook, when it is hot, add oatmeal and vanilla protein, stirring from time to time. During this time, cut the banana into slices and the nuts into smaller pieces. When the flakes absorb the milk and are soft, put them into a bowl. (After about 4-5 minutes of cooking). Put the banana, raisins and nuts. Pour yogurt and honey over everything and sprinkle with haskap berry powder. Ready! A good, healthy breakfast is a must :D #Timeforhaskap
