Coconut-mango smoothie bowl
Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 smoothie bowls:
- 1 frozen mango
- 5 cubes of frozen coconut milk
- 3/4 cup of coconut milk (note: no milk).
- 1/2 teaspoon haskap powder
Toppings:
- 1/2 banana
- A teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon BIOHASKAP haskap berry powder
- Pieces of pomegranate
- A few pieces of BIOHASKAP dried haskap berries!
- A teaspoon of peanut butter
Preparation
Preparation of smoothie:
The day before, put the fruit in the freezer and pour coconut milk into the dice machines. The next day, put the smoothie ingredients together into a blender and mix until smooth (if it is too liquid or too solid, add more fruit or more milk, respectively). Well, it's ready, enjoy your sweet, healthy breakfast!
