- 250g of dried dates
- 3/4 cup of oat flour
- two tablespoons of peanut butter with a salty caramel flavor
- half a scoop (13g) of salty caramel protein powder
- dark chocolate 64%
- A handful of BIOHASKAP dried haskap berries
Preparation
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over the dates and leave them covered for 15 minutes, then blend them until smooth.
Add peanut butter, conditioner and mix everything together.Oat flour mixed with 1/4 of the resulting cream, then form the bottom of the bars and put it in the fridge. When the dough is already cooled (it can be several minutes or several hours, it does not matter) we apply the date cream. Decorate with nuts and with dried haskap berries.Melt dark chocolate (for me it was 3/4 of a tablet) with a teaspoon of coconut oil. Pour chocolate over the bars
