Iron, blood and haskap berry

Iron is embedded in many human proteins, the most familiar to everyone is of course hemoglobin. But it's also in others: transferrin, which transports iron through out the body or lactoferrin. The latter is a very clever protein that takes iron away from microorganisms, because it has 300 times more capacity to capture it than other proteins. And without this element, viruses, bacteria or fungi are unable to function.

Iron is involved in oxygen transport, cellular respiration, and is part of proteins responsible for detecting DNA damage, as well as enzymes that catalyze various chemical reactions in cells. There are as many as 400 human iron-containing proteins.

Haskap berry is a natural iron source. One Japanese company sells juice made from it under the name "Dracula's grapes" packaged in bags like for blood transfusions!🤩

We especially recommend haskap berry concentrate powder, not only for blood, but also as a support against pathogens. They eat up our iron, so we should have an adequate supply of it in case of infection.
