Banana pancakes with haskap berry topping

Ingredients
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • Half a glass of milk
  • A glass of flour
  • Sweetener (according to your preference)
  • A teaspoon of baking powder
Ingredients for topping:
  • 50g of Frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • A teaspoon of BIOHASKAP haskap berry powder
  • Favorite fruit (banana and strawberries in our case)
  • A couple of BIOHASKAP dried haskap berries

Preparation
Preparation:
Crush the banana and mix all the ingredients together until the mass is smooth. Fry the pancakes in a hot pan (on a little oil or butter).

Toppings: Fry frozen strawberries until they have the consistency of "jam". Wait for them to cool, then add 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of haskap powder. Then blend them to make a consistency of a “sauce.”

Put your pancakes on a plate, pour over the glaze and add fruits. Mmm delicious!
