SMOOTHIES
In all recipes, instead of dairy products, plant drinks and coconut or soya yoghurt can be used as well.

Ingredients
Smoothie 1. - Banana power
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 natural yogurt (about 150 g)
  • half a glass of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of BIOHASKAP® Vitality haskap berry powder
Smoothie 2. - Green flavour
  • 1 banana
  • a handful of spinach
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 natural yogurt (about 150 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of BIOHASKAP® Vitality haskap berry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla protein
  • sweetener as desired: e.g. 1 teaspoon of Erythritol / Honey
Smoothie 3. - Forest treasure
  • a handful of raspberries
  • a handful of strawberries
  • a handful of blueberries / blueberries
  • 1 natural yoghurt (about 150 g)
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of BIOHASKAP® Vitality haskap berry powder
  • Preferred sweetener: e.g. 1 teaspoon of Erythritol / Honey
(Instead of a handful of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries / blueberries, you can simply add 3 handfuls of forest fruits)
Smoothie 4. - Refreshing coconut taste (vegan!)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • handful of strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein
  • 1 teaspoon of BIOHASKAP® Vitality haskap berry powder
Smoothie 5. - Exotic delicacies (vegan!)
  • Half a pineapple (around 400g)
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of BIOHASKAP® Vitality haskap berry powder

Smoothie 6 - Fruit paradise
  • half a ripe mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • A handful of spinach
  • Half a glass of milk
