Jelly porridge
Ingredients
Ingredients for jelly porridge:
Less than 500 kcal!
- Sugar-free jelly (14g - strawberry flavor)
- a sweetener or erythritol or xylitol
- Oatmeal 50g
- 150g: natural Skyr / soy yoghurt / lactose-free yogurt
- Banana 100g
- Cocoa 10g
- 5g of dried haskap berries from BIOHASKAP
Preparation
Preparation of jelly porridge:
Pour 450 ml of boiling water over the jelly, add the sweetener, mix and pour it into a mold and let it cool. Pour 150 ml of water over the oats and mix them with a sweetener. Let everything cool down. When the flakes have absorbed the water, add the yogurt and mix it. If you want a more compact consistency, it is worth adding a gram of xanthene gum or gelatin / agar. Pour the oatmeal with yoghurt over the jelly, lay out the sliced banana. Mix cocoa with 25ml of water and pour it on top. Put everything in the fridge for at least an hour. Before serving, sprinkle with dried haskap berries for extra crunchiness!
