Rice pudding with pear and cinnamon

Ingredients
Ingredients for pudding:
  • 80g jasmine rice
  • 500ml of 2% milk
  • Half a vanilla pod
  • 1 package of skyr natural yogurt (150g)
  • 1 tablespoon of BIOHASKAP creamed honey with haskap berry
  • 1 ripe pear
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 10g nuts (walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts)

Preparation
Preparation of pudding:
Pour the rice into a saucepan, pour milk over it, and add the vanilla seeds. Cook over low heat, covered, until it boils over and absorbs all the liquid. Mix yogurt with honey and add it to the rice. Combine everything carefully

Dice the pear, put it in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of water and cinnamon. Cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Put the pudding into containers, add the pear and nuts. We serve it cold. You can replace the pear with other fruits!

My pudding is slightly purple. This is due to the delicate and creamy honey with haskap berry from BIOHASKAP. The combination of honey and fruit fits perfectly together.
