Healthy omelette
Lots of eggs in the fridge and you need a sweet breakfast? 🥚🤔

How about an omelette? 😍

Ingredients
Ingredients for omelette:
  • 1 egg yolk🍳
  • 3 egg whites🥚
  • 3 tablespoons of milk 2% 🥛
  • Lots of cinnamon!
  • 2 larger tablespoons of flour🥄
  • A pinch of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder🥄
  • Sweeter as desired (e.g. 6 lozenges dissolved in a little boiling water) 🥣
To the extras:
  • Favorite yogurt / cottage cheese🥛
  • A teaspoon of BIOHASKAP haskap berry powder ✨
  • 1 Banana 🍌
  • A teaspoon of honey🍯

Preparation
Preparation of omlet:
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt (not to make stiff foam - rather just soft) Mix the yolk thoroughly, first with the wet ingredients, then adding the dry ones.

Melt a little bit of butter in the pan. 🧈 During this time, gradually add whipped proteins to the mass.

Fry gently over medium heat, covered for 5 minutes. After this time, turn over and fry an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Now it's time for some extras!

For example, we recommend yogurt mixed with haskap powder + sliced banana and honey or cottage cheese mixed with 1 teaspoon of haskap berry powder and honey!
