Homemade granola
Ingredients

Ingredients for granola:
- 100g of oat flakes
- 50g of rye flakes
- 1 cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons of coconut shrims
- A handful of nuts
- Additionally: dried coconut chips and dried haskap berry from BIOHASKAP
Preparation

Preparation of granola:
Defrost the berries and mix with the agave syrup. Combine both types of flakes in a bowl, add coconut flakes and nuts and mix. Add the blended berries and stir until they cover our muesli. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees without hot air and place the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put in for 20 minutes, stir after the first 10 minutes, then every 5 minutes, making sure it does not burn. After 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and add a handful of coconut chips and dried haskap berries to the flakes. Stir and set aside to cool (the flakes will be soft when taken from the oven, once cooled down they become crispy). We can add ready-made granola to various desserts, yoghurts or porridges!
